Can I return an item?

Yes, please contact us before returning anything back to us stating the problem and including your order number for reference.

We allow returns if the size is not right, and if you change your mind (conditions apply, see below).

If we are able to exchange an item for a wrong size or an alternative item, you are responsible for the return postage and the cost of shipping for the replacement item or exchange.

Only unworn and unwashed items will be exchanged
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item you may return it to us to no cost to you and we will replace it with the correct item at no cost to you.

If an item is damaged after it has been worn or washed it will not be replaced.

We request that you pay strict attention to the instructions for washing and caring for the garment.
Change of Mind
We will not refund items if you change your mind, however, if you want to choose another item at the same price, we will exchange for another item of your choice - all shipping costs will be charged to you.
Refunds
Should you choose to cancel a prepaid order please note refunds will only be given for the following cases:

The ordered item is out of stock or the shipment is lost

The goods are damaged
Refunds will only be given once the item has been returned and if the item you have ordered is unable to be supplied and an alternative item is unsuitable then a full refund will be given.
Time-frame for returns
Please allow at least 7days for exchanges and returns to be processed
